一位居家護理病患其主要照護者負荷之護理經驗

摘要

本報告係探討一位身為配偶的主要照顧者，面對急性硬腦膜上腔出血的個案，於居家護理期間在身、心、社會、經濟上所面臨的各種負荷與困難。護理期間自85年7月17日至86年4月23日止，經20次家庭訪視、14次電話訪談、2次返診追蹤，評估確立主要照顧者之主要護理問題為「害怕」、「無力感」、「個人因應能力失調」、「持家能力障礙」、「社交隔離」等。故運用以家庭為中心的全人整體性護理原則，協助主要照顧者建立信心、肯定自我、尋求社會資源、增加生產性功能、發展良好支持系統來面對經濟、壓力、照顧等問題，進而維持病患良好的照顧品質及家庭的正常連作。並將此護理經驗與心得提出分享，盼能落實長期照護之精神與發展。

The study was to explore the burdens of a family caregiver as a wife of a case with acute epidural hemorrhage in physical, psychological, social, economic aspects during home health care services. From 85.07.17 through 86.04.23.There were 20 home visits, 14 phone calls and 2 ambulantly care. Assessment confirmed that the main problems of the family caregiver were「fear」，「powerlessness」，「home maintenance management, impaired」，「coping: ineffective, individual」，「social isolation」. So by the principle of caring the whole, we help her to 1.establish confident 2.self-assurance 3.apply social resources 4.increase productive function 5.develop good support system to maintain good care quality for patient and make the family work well.
