薄膜分離(membrane separation)的技術被應用在低濃度的污染物去除功效上及回收有用物質特別卓著。超薄膜過濾系統中的多孔膜,被利用來移除廢液中的膠體顆粒,並可同時在一個容器中置入很大的薄膜面積來處理批式的廢水。本研究以超薄膜處理製粉廢水中(豆沙原料)的懸浮固體及膠體物質,並探討溫度、操作壓力等之影響,其系統中之操作壓力對於去除率高低影響不大,不論在那一種濃度下(COD=4,080~11,800mg/L),其單位去除量會隨著操作壓力的升高而有下降的現象,且溫度的影響不大。進流溫度的變化,第一次清洗液(COD=11,800mg/L)與第二次清洗液(COD=6,480mg/L)溫度的高低,對去除率影響不明顯,唯第三次清洗液(COD=4,080mg/L)在溫度高於45℃時,去除率下降。由於操作壓力與清水穿透率呈正比關係,但在不同的進流基質濃度下,當基質濃度越高,清水穿透率會逐漸下降。
Ultrafiltration systems have multi-pore for separation, and large membrane area for batch treatment in a small container. This study used the ultrafilters for separating suspended solid and colloidal matters in starch wastewater. The operating parameters included temperature and operating pressure on the systems for removal rate. No matter what the raw wastewater concentration is from 4,080 to 11,800 mg/L, the unit removal weight will declined with operating pressure. The removal rate didn't change with operating pressure. The COD of the first and second rinsing water didn't change with temperature, but the last declined in 45 DC. Between the operating pressure and the permeate flux with good linear relationship, and the higher raw water concentration had lower permeate flux.
