不同拳齡太極拳練拳者之健康體能評估

A Study of Health-related Physical Fitness of Taijichuan Partcipants on Different Years of Learning Experience

摘要


本研究的目的在評估不同拳齡太極練拳者之健康狀況。以從事太極拳運動之男生會員為對象,並依拳齡多寡分組,實施健康體能測試。測驗資料以獨立樣本單因子變異分析考驗。結果顯示1.在登階指數方面,拳齡六年以上者,顯著高於拳齡三年以下者。2.在柔軟度方面,拳齡六年以上者顯著大於一年以下的初學者,表示長期的太極拳運動的心肺功能及柔軟度有幫助。3.各組太極練拳者在身體組成方面,不達顯著差異,但均在理想範圍內。4.仰臥起坐的肌力評估,各組不達顯著差異,但在健康體能等級評估方面,六年以上的成熟組為良,小成組為差,進階組及初學組為可。5.運動頻率方面,拳齡六年以上的練拳者,運動頻率顯著高於其他三組。各組每週平均都有三天以上的練拳。在每天的練習時間方面,各組約在一小時四十至五十分鐘之間。本研究顯示長期(六年以上)的太極拳訓練對心肺耐力及柔軟度有顯著促進效果,成熟組之練拳時間及頻率,可做為太極拳運動的體適能處方的參考。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the health-related physical fitness and exercise behavior of Taijichuan participants on different experience levels.The subjects of this study were classified into four groups according to years ofexperience in Taijichuan. The members of "Mature group" have been practicingTaijichuan for over six years .The members of "Achievable group" have been practicing Taijichuan for three to six years . The member of "Training group" have been practicing Taijichuan for one to three years. The member of "Elementary group" have been practicing Taijichuan for less than one year. Primary findings of emerge from this study could be concluded as follows :(1)TheMature group was significantly higher than other groups in the index of step test . (2) The Mature group was significantly higher than elementary group in the index of flexibility test.(3)There was no significance among these four groups in index of muscle fitness test.(4)In the index of body mass, there was no significance amongFour groups, but all groups were in ideal limit.(5)In exercise frequency, Mature group was significantly highest among other groups. This study was demonstrated that long-term Taijichuan training help people promote their flexibility and aerobic fitness. The Mature group's exercise behavior was a good example of Taijichuan learning.
