大甲國中手球隊是國內青少年手球運動界最具代表性的隊伍,本研究以其教練為研究對象,旨在分析其訓練球隊時的行為表現。先以錄影帶拍攝其訓練過程,再採用系統觀察法「亞利桑那州立大學觀察工與ASUOI)」進行記錄分析:另外,再對教練本人及22名隊員進行訪談,經過討論後得到以下結論:一、教練訓練行為出現最多的是「責備、事後指導及當場指導」。二、教練訓練行為以指導類行為為主;對球員的回饋方式,偏重負面價值的陳述。屬嚴厲的驅使型教練。三、教練自陳基於榮譽心和使命感的壓力自我驅策,使教練行為趨於任務導向的領導方式,採嚴厲、重紀律之威權式訓練行為。四、球員們認為教練在球場上重紀律、重成效,為達標準,對球員採嚴厲的責罰方式,像訓練軍隊一樣嚴格。本研究中,以ASUOI觀察工具記錄分析所得,與教練自陳及球員感受實屬一致。
The handball team in Da-Chia junior High school is the most representative junior team around the sport field in Taiwan. This study adopted the team coach as a subject to analysis his behavior when coaching. The research processes of this study was first taping the coaching behavior and followed the method of systematical observation titled " Arizona State University Observation Instrument" for record analysis. Otherwise, an interview for 22 students and coach was conducted. After discussion, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. The most frequent occurring behaviors were scold, post-instruction, and concurrent instruction. 2. Instruction category was the main type of coaching behavior. Of the feedback behavior to students, it was more emphasized on the statement of negative value. It could be considered as driven and strive type of coach. 3. Based on the pressure and self-driven of sense of honor and mission, coacher's training behaviors were more emphasizing on mission achievement. The types of lead coach adopted were strict and disciplined. 4. Students considered the situation that coach stressed on discipline, achievement and punished students strictly to complete goals as same as being trained in military.
