醫療機構員工福利滿意分析

An Analysis of Healthcare Organization Employee Satisfaction on Employee Benefits

本研究旨在暸解員工對醫院所提供福利範圍的滿意度;並提供醫療機構如何評估其員工福利制度的方法及未來規劃新制度的思考方向。研究對象為中部二家區域級以上醫院之員工,進行結構式問卷調查,回收有效樣本數為230份,並就其問卷資料進行統計分析。研究結果發現,員工會因個人特質(性別、婚姻、教育程度、年齡)的不同,在員工五大福利項目(經濟性福利、設施性福利、娛樂性福利、工時性福利、其他福利)需求上有所差異,而服務部門的不同員工對福利的滿意程度也呈現不同的需求分佈,以平均滿意度的結果,可以得到五大福利項目的排序,分別為設施性福利(2.829)、工時性福利(2.751)、娛樂性福利(2.596)、經濟性福利(2.497)、其他福利(2.387)依次排序,醫院提供福利之考慮原則方面,平均滿意度為2.864:員工對自身福利權利的瞭解,平均滿意度為2.492。整個滿意度分析方面,結果可發現醫療機構員工福利滿意程度,傾向於普通或不滿意,可見醫療機構在員工福利項目上面,仍有很大的改善空間。

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the employee satisfaction on the employee benefits provided by the healthcare organization. The study subjects were employees of two regional hospitals, a structural questionnaire was used as the study tool. Two hundred and thirty returned questionnaires were analyzed. The study results are as followed: Employees showed variations on five benefits items (economic benefit, facility benefit, entertainment benefit, working hour benefit, and other benefit) due to differences on personal characteristics. As the results of average satisfaction, the rank of the five benefit items were: facility benefit (2.829), working hour benefit (2.751), entertainment benefit (2.596), economic benefit (2.497), and last the other benefit (2.387). The average satisfaction on healthcare organization benefit consideration principle was 2.864 and the average satisfaction on employees' understanding of the benefits they received was 2.492. This study showed that the employees of healthcare organizations tend to feel normal or unsatisfied about the benefits they received. This implies that healthcare organizations need to improve the benefit packages for their employees.
