大專校院衛生保健組長推行健康促進學校計劃自我效能評估及其相關因素之探討

摘要


教育部與衛生署於民國91年4月24日共同發表聲明書推動健康促進學校計劃。大專校院因直屬教育部管理,在人力與財源方面皆較為充裕,故推行健康促進學校之可行性較高。許多文獻指出自我效能是影響工作表現之重要因素,而在各校之衛生業務推展方面衛生保健組長扮演重要角色,其自我效能對推展健康促進學校計劃影響甚鉅,故本研究主要目的為:了解大專校院衛生保健組長對推行健康促進學校計劃之自我效能並進一步探討其可能之影響因素。本研究採橫斷面調查,母群為91學年度參加大專校院衛生保健行政座談會之衛生保健組長,以自填之結構式問卷收集衛生保健組長個人基本資料、學校組織與環境、推行健康促進學校計劃之自我效能等資料。收得可分析對向71名。將所收集到的資料以SAS/PC 6.0進行描述性與推論性統計。結果顯示:大專校院衛生保健組長在推行健康促進學校之效能高低依序為:「健康服務」、「健康教學」、「社區關係」、「學校健康政策」、「學校社會環境」與「學效物理環境」。影響衛生保健組長推行健康促進學校計劃自我效能之重要因素包括:「性別」、「年齡」、「參加在職學分班」、「校長支持性」、「學務長支持性」與「緊急救護資源之方便性」。依上述結果建議:學校聘任足夠之衛生人力、制定衛生保健組長之資格及加強與社區緊急救護資源之聯絡。

In Taiwan, ministry of education and department of health announce to propel health promoting school at April, 24, 2002. Management of colleges belongs to ministry of education which has more sufficient manpower and budgets. Colleges have higher prepared to propel health promoting school. There were many empirical studies showed self-efficacy is an important factor to work performances. In colleges, health coordinators play as key men in the health promoting school program. Therefore, health coordinators' self-efficacy to health promoting school would affect their intention to implement it or not. So, the purposes of this paper were to: (1) investigate health coordinators' self-efficacy in implementing the program of health promoting school, (2) analyze related factors that affected health coordinators' selfefficacy to implement the program. A Cross-sectional study was conduct to seventy-one health coordinators using a self-designed instrument. Demographic data of coordinators', factors of school organization and environment and coordinators' self-efficacy to propel health promoting school were collected. Researchers used SAS/PC 6.0 to analyze those data. The results showed that: (1) scores of selfefficacy ranked from high to low were health services, health education and instruction, community integration, school health policy, school mental environment, and school physical environment. Factors affected self-efficacy of coordinators were mainly sex, age, support from school president and leader of student affairs, and the accessibility of emergency resources. From these results, research suggests that school should hire qualified and adequate health coordinator and sufficient manpower. Furthermore, connecting the community emergency resources.
