一位膽結石手術患者的護理經驗

The Nursing Experience of Delayed Cholecystectomy Patient

摘要

本文係探討一位正值中年罹患膽結石的男性病患，於91.8.17至91.8.31斷斷續續發作並反覆出入本院三次，因而導致個案身心困擾之護理經驗，筆者於護理期間運用Gorden十一項功能性健康型態評估工具，以會談、觀察、身體評估等技巧，收集資料加以整理分析後，確認個案有1、知識缺失2、焦慮3、急性疼痛4、潛在危險性感染等護理問題，在護理過程中，藉由健康信念之加強及整體性護理概念，針對個案問題提供個別性護理計畫，給予信心及支持、協助個案認識疾病、改變求醫觀念，願意接受手術並緩解手術帶來之不適，順利重返工作崗位。其將此特別護理經驗與大家分享，提供日後照顧此類病患之參考。

This article is discussing about a patient who had Cholecystolithiasis . take admission and discharging Hospital three times from 17 Aug. 2003 to 31 Aug 2003. Disease break out intermittently makes him extremely fatigue. Gorden's 11 Item Functional Health Assessment tool is applied for nursing Assessment during this period. Through Interviewing, observation and physical assessment, We Found some problem 1. Deficient Knowledge 2. Anxiety 3. Acute Pain 4. Risk for Infection. During the process, nurse play a role in support system to strength his confidence to face disease and then change the idea of disease to accept the operation. Lightened the discomfort after the operation, the client returned his job successfully. I hope take this special nursing experience to share with everyone and provide an example of caring this kind of patient in the future.
