In this paper, the attitude of the students in Hung-Kuang University for using the E-learning system and the state of implementation E-learning system are studied. To achieve this goal, first, the literature, theorems, and related researches are surveyed. Second, by using the constructed questionnaire "E-learning system questionnaire" as a tool, all students in the six chosen classes in the semester 911 are required to fill the questionnaires.
