協助一位罹患乳癌婦女面臨中止妊娠之護理經驗

本篇報告是探討一位剛被診斷出罹患乳癌的同時，又得知自己期待已久懷孕消息的孕婦，在面臨被迫必須將懷孕六周的胎兒拿掉之護理經驗。護理期間自90年11月1日至90年12月11日，其中包括出院後的家訪一次、電話方談一次、門診訪談兩次，筆者藉由直接照顧、觀察級會談、傾聽等技巧收集資料；依病人身、心、靈、社會及發展五層面評估，經分析整理，確立個案主要護理問題為(1)哀傷(2)無望感(3)個人因應功能失調(4)適應障礙。照護過程中以真誠關懷及同感心接納個案，提供個別性之護理及相關之資訊，協助個案認識乳癌早期治療之重要性，減輕哀傷及罪惡感，預防病患自殺並引導個案在痛失胎兒期間作正向調適，重新生活。

This report describes the nursing process of forcing to undergo the operation of induced abortion for a pregnancy 6 weeks woman with breast cancer. Through sincere consideration empathy, gender-specific attention and provide medical information, The author assisted the case understanding the importance of early medical treatment and helped her to reduce sorrow and feeling of iniquity and get rid of committing suicide idea. In addition, the case was encouraged to adapt the misfortune in a more positive way and start a brand new life.
