以可呼吸性生物氣膠採樣器現場採集中部某蛋雞場之研究

Field Sampling Evaluation of Bioaerosols by the Different Respirable Sampler in the Layer House of Central Taiwan

摘要


在台灣大部分的蛋雞場,由於成本考量,故很少採用通風設備,因此,空氣中的污染物是相當容易經由空氣傳播到蛋雞場各地,對於場內的作業員工都可能會造成不良的影響。此次探討是以中部某蛋雞場為對象,進行總量及四種可呼吸性採樣器(SKC鋁製旋風器、SKC GS-3旋風器、IOSH旋風器及IOSH虛擬旋風器)之效能比較。實驗結果發現,總量採樣器採集之細菌濃度範圍8.3×10^3到5.2×10^4 CFU/m^3,真菌濃度範圍為6.8×10^3到2.5×10^4 CFU/m^3。其細菌及真菌之算數平均濃度分別為30767 CFU/m^3及16821 CFU/m^3,幾何平均濃度分別為20366 CFU/m^3及11573 CFU/m^3。單獨比較各採樣器與之間採集效率發現,SKC鋁製旋風器、SKC GS-3旋風器、IOSH旋風器及IOSH虛擬旋風器等採樣器分別與總量採樣器的比值為,細菌0.337±0.198、0.321±0.29、0.341±0.277、0.735±0.391,真菌0.247±0.189、0.308±0.247、0.267±0.234、0.596±0.52。總量之濃度在細菌或真菌皆高於SKC鋁製旋風器、SKC GS-3旋風器、IOSH旋風器等採樣器(P<0.05)。其細菌及真菌濃度大小順序分別為,細菌為IOSH虛擬旋風器>IOSH旋風器≧SKC GS-3 旋風器≧SKC鋁製旋風器;真菌為IOSH虛擬旋風器≧IOSH旋風器SKC≧SKC旋風器>SKC GS-3旋風器。

In recent studies, it was found that the bioaerosols has highly correlated with human respiratory symptom. Moreover, Taiwan is located in the subtropical zone with warm weather and high humidity in the whole year, and is quite suitable for the bioaerosols to grow up. In some working environments, for instance, the chicken layer house, the concentrations of bioaerosols could be as high as 107 CFU/m^3, exceeding the concentrations in normal living environment, which generally should be requested to lower than 103 CFU/m^3. According to the issues of occupational health, exposure assessment of the workers in the highly-contaminated environments should be well evaluated. We conduct a series filed sampling investigation to evaluate the efficiencies of the respirable samplers including total amount, and four respirable bioaerosols samplers and the suitabilities of those samplers in the working environment with high concentration of bioaerosols. It was found that the concentration of bacteria and fungi in total sampler is from 8.3 × 103 CFU/m^3 to 5.2 × 104 CFU/m^3 , from 6.8 × 103 CFU/m^3 to 2.5 × 104 CFU/m^3 , respectively, and the concentration is greater than IOSH virtual cyclone, SKC aluminum cyclone, SKC GS- 3 cyclone and IOSH cyclone. The concentration of bacteria in those four cyclone compared to the concentration of the total sampler are 0.337 ± 0.198、0.321 ± 0.29、0.341 ± 0.277、0.735 ± 0.391, respectively . The concentration of fungi in those four cyclone compared to the concentration of the total sampler are 0.247 ± 0.189、0.308 ± 0.247、0.267 ± 0.234、0.596 ± 0.52, respectively.
