就台灣美容相關行業的發展趨勢而言,美容技術職業教育是目前業界專業人力的主要來源,但卻也因受限於課程、師資及設備的條件,往往無法充分滿足市場變遷快速的美容業界。此產學瓶頸不僅造成畢業學生學非所用和就業穩定度差之外,美容業界仍不斷出現嚴重的人力短缺。如此負面效應下來,極易造成國內美容技職教育與相關行業不正常的發展,並造成教育資源浪費的局面。美容高等教育自1993年實施以來,已超過10年,我們除了關心招生來源外,應該正視人才培育之成效。因此,本研究欲從課程規劃是否滿足學生與業界需求作為成效評估的開始,透過不同角色的看法來探討現行的高等美容技職教育是否已達到學以致用的功能,並強調結合產學資源以發展出最適合高等美容技職教育之產學合作教學模式。研究對象為:高等美容技職教育準畢業學生、專業知能教師、美容相關業者及已畢業大專美容員工。以結構式與非結構式問卷為研究工具,問卷形式按研究目的分為教師、學生、業者及畢業員工四種調查問卷,來評估美容教育產學合作教學模式現況並提出具體建議。研究結果發現:當今學校與業界教育目標設定雖一致,但教學模式卻缺乏實際的互動與參與,導致學生、教師、畢業員工與業者對現有學校課程規劃之看法表面趨向正向,但實際面卻有不同程度的差異。歸納研究結果提出美容人才的培育,應以學生、學校、員工與業者之「產學持續互動」為最佳合作模式。未來以此概念基礎進而可發展出適合美容技職教育相關實際可行的教學策略。
The quality of training programs about hairdressing in Taiwan is not uniform, and the standards for evaluating them lack consistency. However, the technology education students can not satisfy the demand of hairdressing commerce. The main reason is the limitation of the curriculum, and/or the poor quality of professional-technical teacher and the equipment. The purpose of this research is to develop the most suitable teaching model for hairdressing program from school to commerce. Research will compare the current status of higher hairdressing technological and vocational education and employment market in Taiwan. The major subjects of the research include: (1) the immediate graduating students, (2) professional-technical teacher, (3) hairdressing related companies and (4) the employee of hairdressing company who has graduated from the hairdressing technological and vocational school. Based on these findings and three theories (ecological theory, system theory and social learning theory), a suitable teaching model of higher hairdressing technological and vocational education in Taiwan was developed. The model could be used to improve the quality of curriculum, professional-technical teacher, and service area in hairdressing technological and vocational school.
