摘要


抽測市售標示含有Octyl p-methoxy cinnamate之十一種防曬製品,檢驗其與標示濃度有所不同。另由紫外光光譜圖與放光光譜圖中發現,化學性防曬劑確實吸收UVB波長之能量放出UVA波長的能量,並計算其量子產率。對於防曬劑的選擇上仍建議使用物理性之防曬劑,以免造成皮膚之二次傷害。

Concentration detections of Octyl p-methoxy cinnamate of the eleven cosmetics products have been investigated. From the UV-vis and fluorescence spectra, the chemical sunscreen reagents absorb the UV-B energy and release the UV-A energy. The quantum yield calculation of these cosmetics have been studied. In the selection of the sunscreen reagents to avoid second damage, the physical sunscreen reagents are better than the chemical sunscreen reagents.
