利用生物氣膠採樣器初步了解台中特定地點之夏季夜間時大氣所含微生物種類及濃度之研究

The Research of the Airborne Microorganism Types and Concentrations in the Specific Place of Taichung at Night of Summer Using the Andersen Six-Stage Viable Sampler

摘要


懸浮微粒是造成台灣地區空氣品質不良的主因之一,而生物氣膠爲懸浮微粒之一種。生物氣膠包括了懸浮在空氣中之生命體及那些經由生命體釋放至空氣中的粒子或揮發性氣體。當這些生物性物質或是其產物經由各種動力懸浮於空氣中,即已影響該地區的空氣品質;若是這些微粒粒徑小至可經呼吸道進入人體時,該地區人民的健康將受到威脅。故本研究希望於台中特定地點且夏季夜間時,利用安德森六階式生物氣膠採樣器進行生物氣膠之採集,並初步瞭解夏季夜間時不同地點中不同範圖大小之生物氣膠所含之微生物種類及濃度。研究結果顯示,94年6月30日~94年8月1日夜間中,地點AD經安德森六階式生物氣膠採樣器採集,且利用NA與RA培養基培養48小時所得之微生物平均濃度分別爲1.1×10^3 cfu/m^3、2.6 × 10^3 cfum^3、3.2 × 10^3 cfu/m^3及1.9 × 10^3 cfu/m^3與1.2 × 10^3 cfu/m^3、2.5 × 10^3 cfu/m^3、3.5 × 10^3 cfu/m^3及1.9 × 10^3 cfu/m^3且培養時間愈長,微生物之平均濃度愈高。此外,五種採樣孔徑中,採樣孔徑為0.53 mm(採集得到之生物氣膠範圍爲2.1-3.3μm)所採集培養出來之微生物數量最多。而A-D地點經採集、培養後所得之微生物種類包含短桿菌、桿菌、球菌及絲狀菌。

The suspended particle is one of the main reasons causing the bad air quality in Taiwan, and the bioaerosol is one kind of suspended particle. Bioaerosol include allergens such as fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes, arthropods, and protozoa, as well as microbial products such as mycotoxin, endotoxins and glucans. When the allergens and microbial products suspend in the air, they has affected the local air quality. When the particle sizes slightly to may pass through the respiratory tract entering the human body, this local people's health will have been threatened. Therefore, the research attempted to understand the airborne microorganism types and concentrations in the specific place of Taichung at night of summer by using the Andersen six-stage viable sampler. The results showed: From June 30, 2005 to August 1, 2005, the bioaerosol samples were sampling by the Andersen six-stage viable sampler at place A-D in the night. After sampling, the bioaerosol samples were cultivated at NA or R2A culture medium for 48 hours and the bacteria average concentrations were1.1 10^3 cfu/m^3, 2.6 10^3 cfu/m^3, 3.2 10^3 cfu/m^3, 1.9 10^3 cfu/m^3 and 1.2 10^3 cfu/m^3 2.5 10^3 cfu/m^3 3.5 10^3 cfu/m^3, 1.9 10^3 cfu/m^3, respectively. The cultivating time was longer, the bacteria average concentrations were higher. The strains number after collecting and cultivating should be most, when the sampling apertures of the Andersen six-stage viable sampler were situated in 0.53 mm. The bioaerosol that came from place A-D contained rod-shaped bacteria, filamentous microorganism and coccus.
