摘要

本篇報告係描述一位手部創傷併發急性腔室症候群病患之護理經驗，護理期間自93年12月29日至94年1月13日，筆者應用戈登十一項功能性健康型態評估，會談及觀察等技巧收集資料，個案呈現主要的護理問題爲：1.焦慮，2.疼痛，3.潛在危險性感染，4.自我能力照顧缺失。照護過程中，對於患者所面臨的身心困擾，藉由主動關懷、鼓勵表達內心感受、耐心傾聽及同理心提供個別性、持續性與合宜之護理，以協助個案能面對問題，進而順利渡過疾病治療過程，促使個案能儘早達成日常生活的自我照顧。期盼此護理經驗的分享，能提供護理人員作爲臨床照護此類疾病的參考。

The purpose of this report is to present the nursing experience of a patient with acute compartment syndrome post trauma of hand. During the period of care, the author assessed the patient's condition using the Gordon's Functional Health Assessment Guide. Data was collected by interview, observation, and physical examination. Show major nursing problems were: 1. anxiety. 2. pain. 3. risk of infection . 4. self-care deficit. In this period the author provide suitable nursing activities of caring, listening and empathy to assist the patient to face disease and develop the patient's ability to care for himself. Nursing experience from this case report can help nurses who take care of similar cases.
