本研究主要目的在了解南部技專校院教師之大學社團經驗、社團指導經驗對學生社團活動態度情況。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為南部技專校院專任教師,共寄725份樣本,獲得回收有效樣本為538份(佔74.2%)。問卷所得資料以因素分析、信度分析、描述性分析、t考驗、變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法進行分析研究。研究結果發現如下:一、教師個人背景變項對社團活動之態度,任教職等、學校屬性、行政年資等變項,對教師的行動參與達顯著差異;學校屬性對價值認知達顯著差異;行政年資對情感關注達顯著差異。二、有社團指導經驗與無經驗的教師其對社團活動態度:除價值認知未達顯著差異外,情感關注及行動參與等達顯著差異;有大學社團經驗與無經驗的教師其對社團活動態度:價值認知、情感關注及行動參與等皆達顯著差異。三、教師之大學社團經驗、社團指導經驗,其對社團活動的價值認知、情感關注與行動參與等三個層面之關係,皆達顯著相關,且為正相關。四、教師之大學社團經驗、社團指導經驗,對教師的社團活動態度具有正向預測力。
The main purpose of this study was to understand teachers’ attitude toward student organization activities of Southern technological colleges and universities. The sample of this study consisted of 538 undergraduate students. The study collected data by a self-report survey. The data were analyzed by several statistical techniques, such as factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the research showed: (1) "current position", "School Types" and "Administrative Seniority" had effects on "Action Participation". Moreover, "School Types" influenced on teacher’s "Value Cognition". On the other hand, "Administrative Seniority" was related to teacher’s "Affection Concern". (2) Experiences for instruction of organization activities were related to "Affection Concern" and "Action Participation". Also, teachers who had participated in organization activities in college had impacts on "Affection Concern", "Action Participation", and "Value Cognition". (3) Teachers who had participated in organization activities in college and experienced the instruction of organization activities were more likely to have positive attitude toward "Affection Concern", "Action Participation"' and "Value Cognition". (4) Experiences for instruction of organization activities and participation in organization activities in college were useful predictors for teacher’s attitude toward organization activities.
