學校衛生護理人員繼續教育──「健康促進學校之營造」成效探討

The Effectiveness of a Continuing Education Program on School Health Nurses- Creating a Health Promoting School

摘要


健康促進學校為全世界在學校衛生工作之趨勢,校護因是推動成員之一,因此必須具備充足知能,以利日後工作之推展,故本研究旨在探討校護推動健康促進學校之繼續教育在態度與自我效能上之成效。以單組前後測對中部地區127名國中小校護進行四小時的健康促進學校繼續教育,以自擬式問卷為測量工具,進行前後測資料之收集,再將資料以SPSS10.0進行統計分析。結果顯示:健康促進學校的繼續教育在態度的分項上有顯著的改變,但在自我效能則沒有顯著改善,故建議日後辦理校護繼續教育應以行動研究,提供充足時間討論、對話,以提昇自我效能之目標。

Health promoting schools become new trends in the world. School health nurses play an important role in school health practice. They must have the knowledge and skills in implementing health promoting school. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of a continuing education program on school health nurses’ attitude and self-efficacy. Using an one-group pretest- posttest design, 127 subjects were participated in this study and received a four hours education program. Self designed questionnaire as measurement and collected data. Data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0. The results showed that there was significant improvement in attitude subscale, but no significant improvement was found in self-efficacy. There were some limits in symposium as education program to promote self efficacy and action research was suggested for further studies to provide more discussion and dialogue.
