本研究旨在探討影響大專校院學生參與帶動中小學社團發展工作的因素。本研究採問卷調查法,資料以描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、t檢定、相關分析、單因子變異數分析及卡方檢定等統計方法分析。研究結果發現,大學生對於帶動中小學發展的工作,雖然具有高度重視度,然而對於部分相關配套工作,卻呈現相對較低的活動參與滿意度;其中以經費補助額度、學校提供的服務資訊詳盡、有完整的前置作業流程、學校對參與帶動者的獎勵及活動日程與原計畫相同等,是屬於落差程度較大的前五項工作。大學生對於參與帶動中小學工作感受滿意度排序,依序為工作成就與成長、工作過程與成效、工作技巧與表現、學校行政與管理等。不同的區域的大學生,由統計分析結果顯示,北部、中部與南部等三區域皆達顯著水準。不同參與觀念的大學生對參與活動後的感受滿意,各層面皆達顯著水準。反之,分析結果亦顯示,大學生對於目前帶動中小學發展的工作,較不滿意的前五項事情,分別為學校所提供的服務資訊、學校對本活動的行政支援、學校對本活動的輔導措施、學校對帶動者的獎勵、學校會主動為社團解決問題等。
In order to understand the factors influencing college student organizations’ participation in community services, the exploration surveyed nation-wide 751 college students who participated in the service of "Promoting the Development of Student Organizations at Elementary and Junior High Schools" sponsored by Ministry of Education. Results showed that although much knowing the importance of participation in community services, college students had relatively low satisfaction on such participation. And especially the followings were among the least satisfaction: the amount of subsidy, information sufficiency, preparation procedures completeness, reward for participation, and procession as schedule. The factors according to the participation satisfaction from high to low were "work achievement and growth", "work process and efficiency", "work skills and performances", and "school administration and management." Students’ districts and beliefs would influence the above results. Discussions and suggestions were provided.
