學生生涯自我效能之探討──以某科技大學醫務管理系為例

摘要

在全民健保實施之後，雖然醫務管理專業備受重視，但整體醫管就業市場並未隨之增加，即使因系所擴增，使得學生升學的機會增加，但最終學生仍需投入職場，因此醫務管理畢業學生面臨了僧多粥少的就業窘境。了解大學生生涯未決定的成因，才能提供適合學生的生涯輔導，本研究乃為了探討不同背景變項的某科技大學醫務管理系學生在生涯決策自我效能之狀況，並分析比較與其他科技大學學生的生涯自我效能差異。

Although the health administration is subjected after importance to implement of health insurance. The maketing of health administration is not increase. The students have to get a job when graduated from school even incraesely a college department. So students cannot meet the needs of the people who graduate from health administration department. To understand the factors of a career unclear on health administratior student are important and it can provide fitting counseling for students. This study will probe into the health administration students’ profession career and make a decision for self-efficacy compare with other.
