關懷在護理倫理理論中之定位－女性主義觀點

摘要

傳統也是現代護理倫理一向依循著醫學倫理的腳步，在原則主義的倫理規範下引導著護理人員應扮演的角色，但是原則主義的價值觀或對法則的詮釋，常忽視了一個人真實的體驗，應用於護理倫理，導致護理人員在健康照護中無法思考情境脈絡下的特殊性。護理倫理首要著重的是關係的建立與發展，若是護病關係的建立是護理倫理的重點，那麼關懷也應該是護理倫理的價值基礎。本文以女性主義的觀點作為基礎，將關懷關係應用於護理專業，探討關懷倫理作為護理倫理理論中心概念的可能性，希望以不同的聲音，讓護理人員展開新的視野。

The tradition attends to nursing ethics modernly always in accordance with the step of following medical ethics too, role leading the nursing staff to be acted under the ethics norm of the principlism. But the values of the principlism or the explanatory note of the rule often ignoring a person's true experience, apply to attend to nursing ethics, cause the nursing staff to be unable to ponder over the particularity under the train of thought of situation in looking after at the health. It was the setting-up and development of the relation that attended to nursing ethics and focused on primarily, if the setting-up of nurse-patient relationship is a focal point of attending to nursing ethics , it should be a value foundation of attending to nursing ethics to caring . This paper regards view of the feminism, will show caring relation to apply to the nursing profession, probe into the ethics of caring as the possibility that is a central concept for nursing ethics , hope that with different sounds , let the nursing staff develop the new vision .
