護理人員院內感染控制的知識、態度與行為之研究

摘要

本研究係採橫斷式研究方法並應用自製結構式問卷，以中部某醫學中心的護理人員為對象，探討護理人員感染控制的認知、態度與行為及其影響因素。共取得462份有效問卷，利用SPSS 11.0版軟體以變異數及回歸統計方法分析。研究結果顯示受訪者的知識、態度與行為得分普遍偏高。在影響個人落實感染控制的因素方面，以相關知識不足最多、其次是訊息不足。洗手未能落實之因素，緊急情況是最主要原因，其次為太忙。參加感控研習與感控態度間有顯著相關(p＜0.001)。醫院舉辦在職教育的次數與對感控管制的滿意度間有顯著差異性(p＜0.05)。有照顧傳染性病患經驗較沒有者在感控態度上有顯著差異(p＜0.01)。對院內感控規範的認知與感控知識間有顯著正相關但對院內感控設施的滿意度與感控知識間呈顯著負相關。感控知識對感控態度有顯著正相關(p＜0.001)而感控態度對感控行為亦有顯著正相關(p＜0.001)。

The study employed a chronological method and a structural questionnaire. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship among knowledge, attitude and behavior of infection control of nurses. Data was obtained from a medical center in central Taiwan and 462 valid samples were collected. The data was statistically analyzed by a variance analysis and a regression model. Results indicated that subjects scored high in knowledge, attitude and behavior. Personal infection control was affected by a lack of knowledge and information. The main reasons for working with unwashed hands were emergency and being busy. There was a difference between the times of on-job training and satisfaction of infection control. A positive relation between awareness of infection control rule and knowledge of infection control emerged. There was significant correlation between the experience of they care of the patient and infection attitude. A negative relation between satisfaction of infection control facility in the hospital and knowledge of infection control was evident. Knowledge of infection control was positively related to attitude of infection control (p＜0.001). Attitude of infection control was positively related to behavior of infection control (p＜0.001).
