學生社團活動是大學教育的一大特色,也是能力培養的重要場域。然而,社團組織運作能否順暢,與成員的個人背景,社團凝聚力及組織承諾息息相關。因此,本研究主要目的在於探討南部大學校院學生社團成員的個人背景變項、社團凝聚力與組織承諾的關係。本研究以問卷調查法進行,獲得有效樣本408分。資料統計方法採描述性統計、t檢定、集群分析、區別分析、典型相關分析及迴歸分析等,研究結果發現:一、社團凝聚力各層面平均得分在中上程度,其中社團任務合作層面得分最高,而社團任務適應層面最低;組織承諾各層面得分亦在中上程度,其中努力意願層面得分最高,而持續承諾層面最低。二、不同類群的社團凝聚力者對組織承諾具有顯著的差異存在。三、社團凝聚力與組織承諾各層面皆有典型相關存在,其中社團凝聚力之社團任務合作層面與組織承諾之努力意願層面兩者的互動關係最為密切。四、不同社團成員的個人背景變項及社團凝聚力各層面對社團組織承諾具有預測力,其中社團任務合作層面對整體組織承諾的預測效果最為顯著。最後,針對教育主管機關、大學校院、學生社團及後續研究提供建議。
Students club is not only a large characteristic in college campus, and also foster multiple talents for learning field. However, whether a successful management to students club or not, it is affected by many factors, including personal background, club cohesion and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the connections between club cohesion and organizational commitment. The survey by questionnaires was used with these samples of 500 club’s members from 10 colleges in Southern Taiwan, and the total useful samples are 408 copies. Canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions were as follows: 1.Club cohesion has moderate to high level, and organizational commitments has moderate to high level. 2. Different clusters in club cohesion are significant differences on organizational commitment. 3. There are significantly canonical correlation between club cohesion and organizational commitment. Especially, there are more close relationship between club integration-task variable to effort-intention. 4. There are positively predictable to whole organizational commitment including the variable of club integration-task, Individual attractions to the club-social, satisfaction to club participation, years of club participation, presidents of club participation. Finally, some suggestions for Ministry of Education, colleges & Universities, students club, and future relational study are given.
