一位肺炎合併肺膿瘍接受手術之學齡前兒童的照護經驗

An experience of nursing care for a preschool child having an operation to treat the pneumonia and lung abscess

摘要


本篇個案報告為照護一位肺炎合併肺膿瘍接受手術治療之學齡前期兒童的照護經驗。護理期間以傾聽、非結構性會談、觀察等方式蒐集資料,運用整體性護理評估發現個案有:恐懼、呼吸道清除功能失效、體溫過高及疼痛等護理問題。在護理過程中筆者針對學齡前期兒童的發展特性,運用治療性遊戲於護理過程之中,與個案建立信任關係、協助個案緩解害怕的情緒、並使個案能接受治療及護理。再配合適宜的衞教指導,使家屬擁有正確的知識及照護個案的能力,進而使個案在住院期間及出院後皆能獲得良好的照護。

This article depicted the nursing experience of caring a pre-school child with pneumonia combined lung abscess who received surgical treatment. During nursing care period, the author collected the data by listening, un-structured interview, observation, and so on. Holistic care model was applied to detect the following nursing diagnoses: fever, ineffective airway clearance, hyperthermia, pain, and so on. During the nursing process, the author aimed at developing characteristics of pre-school child to apply Therapeutic play and build up the trustworthy relationship. With the improvement of the patient’s fear, this patient could accept the treatment and nursing. The author also matched up the suitable education guidance and provided the family with proper knowledge to gain abilities of caring this patient. Therefore, the patient could receive the optimal care during hospitalization and then got discharged.
