醫療機構附設護理之家之知識管理與組織效能關聯性研究

本研究旨在調查醫院附設護理之家知識管理能力與組織效能的現況，並探討醫院附設護理之家知識管理能力與組織效能的相關性。研究目的為:1.了解醫院附設護理之家知識管理之實施。2.了解醫院附設護理之家組織效能之情況。3.探討醫院附設護理之家知識管理與組織效能之相關。4.依據研究結果提出醫院附設護理之家推行知識管理之具體建議。研究採用橫斷式研究方式，工具之發展係參考洪麗真等（2007）發展出之醫療機構知識管理量表及組織效能量表，其中部分指標依護理之家特性修改編製而成。問卷主要由單位主管填答，資料回收後先以描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析及信度分析進行處理，最後再以逐步迴歸模式探討知識管理能力對組織效能的影響。結果顯示，醫院附設護理之家的知識管理能力中以「新知識的取得、應用與分享」有助於提升組織整體效能，其解釋變異量達38.3%。因此，將知識管理的觀念與具體做法導入醫院附設護理之家實有其必要性。

The study aimed to investigate hospital-affiliated nursing homes’ ability to apply knowledge management, and their organizational effectiveness, and also the relations between the above two items. Research methods are used cross-sectional study approach, the development of research tools development department reference from medical institutions knowledge management scale and organizational effectiveness scale, which was developed by Li-Chen Hung etc. (2007). Information recovered first to descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis to data processing, finally then stepwise regression model was discussed in knowledge management to organizational effectiveness. Findings demonstration, ＂the new knowledge acquisition, the using and the share＂ is helpful in promotes the organizational effectiveness, and reaches 38.3% explanation amounts of variation. Therefore, It’s necessary for induction knowledge management idea and the concrete procedure to hospital-affiliated nursing home.
