The objectives of this research are to understand the relationship in Taiwan international volunteer service motivation, work values, and satisfaction and developing the sample scales of validity and reliability. Relevant statistics in research is based on questionnaire survey. The National College students who participated in international volunteer service seminars are conducted the survey as the participants in this research. The results show the international volunteer service learning motivation scale, the work value inventory scale, and satisfaction degree scale have excellent reliability and validity; the international volunteer service learning motivation and work value inventory have positive correlation; as the "service cognitive" in international volunteer service learning motivation is higher, the satisfaction will be better; since the "workplace selection" and "working conditions" in work value inventory have been higher, the satisfaction will be higher. In conclusion, to improve the international volunteer service learning motivation and work value inventory should complement each other to enhance the international volunteers´ participative motivation.
