為了解攝護腺疾病(B P H 、P I N 及P C)患者生活習慣血清中鎘、鋅值對金屬硫蛋白(Metallothionein, MT)、攝護腺特異抗原(Prostate Specific Antigen, PSA)值的影響,本研究初步探討攝護腺疾病患者(BPH、PIN及PC患者)血清鎘、鋅與MT、PSA值和生活習慣之相關性。以中部某區域教學醫院泌尿科住院之攝護腺疾病患者之去連結資料,分析患者的體位與血壓、血球特性、血清生化值、重金屬(鎘、鋅值)、MT與PSA值等項目。患者平均75.33±0.85歲,其血清尿素氮(18.65±0.809 mg/dL)、PSA值(34.62±17.79 ng/mL)與鎘(10.01±0.482 ppm)值皆高於正常,其中鎘以PIN患者最高;PSA值以PC患者較高,PIN患者最低。抽菸量與血清鋅、MT值與喝酒量分別皆呈顯著正相關。年齡(X2 = 102.85, p < 0.0001)、BMI(X2 = 168.90, p < 0.0001)、抽菸(X2 =326.34, p< 0.0001)、喝酒習慣(X2 = 298.14, p < 0.0001)、疾病嚴重程度(X2 =165.80, p < 0.0001)及收縮壓(X2=31.86, p < 0.0001)等因子皆與PSA值呈顯著正相關性。因此,年齡愈大、BMI值愈高、抽菸與喝酒量愈多者,以及收縮壓愈高之男性,其PSA值愈高攝護腺疾病罹病程度也愈嚴重。
This study collected patient demographic variables and serum of cadmium (Cd), Zinc (Zn), Metallothionein (MT), PSA value were analysis. Explore the impact of the risk factors of the patient's conditions; the period of the results can be used as reference for future patient nutrition education. Information and samples, this study collected a regional teaching hospital urology prostate disease patients hospitalized link analysis of the patient's demographic characteristics (age, body position, blood pressure, and habits), blood cell characteristics, serum biochemical values, heavy metals (Cd and Zinc values), MT with PSA value. A total of 48 patients, average age 75.33±0.85 years, serum BUN, PSA, Zn and Cd values are higher than the normal values. PIN patients with high serum cadmium compared with PC and BPH patients. PC patients with PSA values are high compared to the other two groups of patients. Affect their condition factors include age, body mass index, smoking, drinking, severity of disease and systolic blood pressure, and both showed a significant positive correlation with values of PSA . We suggest that men should be appropriate to control blood pressure, body mass index, smoking and alcohol consumption, may help prevent prostate cancer or prevent disease progression.
