六種純露之組成分析及抗氧化活性

Composition analysis and antioxidant activity of six hydrolats

本研究以氣相層析質譜儀(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer,GC-MS)分析台灣檀香(Santalum album)、南薑(Alpinia galanga)、台灣檜木(Chamaecyparis)、香蜂草(Melissa officinalis)、綠薄荷(Mentha spicata)、紫蘇(Perilla frutescens)等六種純露(Hydrolat)的組成,並探討其清除DPPH自由基之抗氧化能力、酪胺酸酶抑制力與紫外線吸收能力。純露以分流比1:100的方式直接注入GC-MS,並藉由比對質譜資料庫與文獻記錄,鑑定出主要成份。分析結果六種純露中多為醇類、酮類與醛類,如台灣檀香與台灣檜木純露組成中,醇類的含量高達 75.85% ~ 79.98%,其在芳香療法上的作用大多是促進皮膚細胞的修護;綠薄荷純露組成中的酮類含量則有77.86%,其主要作用為抗氧化、抗菌;而紫蘇純露含有59.98%的醛類,主要作用為抗感染、抗發炎。DPPH自由基清除能力的實驗結果顯示,較佳者為台灣檀香與南薑純露,清除力分別為66.51%、49.65%。體外酪胺酸酶抑制的實驗結果顯示僅台灣檀香與台灣檜木純露有較佳的抑制能力,分別為72.38mg/ml、17.14 mg/ml。此外,使用紫外光-可見光分光光譜儀評估純露的紫外光吸收能力。實驗結果發現,台灣檀香純露與台灣檜木純露在290~400nm處有較佳的吸收值,預期未來添加在化妝品中能達到輔助防曬的效果。

In this study, the hydrolat of Taiwan sandalwood (Santalum album)、Galanga (Alpinia galanga)、 Taiwan cedar (Chamaecyparis)、Melissa (Melissa officinalis)、Spearmint (Mentha spicata) and Perilla (Perilla frutescens) have been analyzed by GC-MS and tested for their antioxidant, whitening and UV protective effectiveness. Compounds were identified by comparing the retention times and retention indices of the chromatographic peaks and by mass spectral database search followed by matching of MS data. The major class of compounds found in six kind of hydrolat is alcohol, aldehyde and ketone, Taiwan sandalwood and Taiwan cedar hydrolat contains 75.85% ~ 79.98% alcohol, which have the ability to revert cells to normal function and are anti-infectious and antibacterial. Spearmint hydrolat contains 77.8% aldehyde which has anti-oxidation and anti-bacterial properties. Perilla hydrolat contains 59.98% ketone which has anti-infective and anti-inflammatory properties. Taiwan sandalwood and Galanga hydrolat shows the highest DPPH radical scavenging ability, Galanga hydrolat contains 23.77% Cineole as the potent scavenging compound. Taiwan sandalwood and Taiwan cedar hydrolat shows the Tyrosinase inhibition ability. The UVB and UVA absorbing properties of Taiwan sandalwood and Taiwan cedar hydrolat show potential as SPF booster in sunscreens formulation.
