鹿港方言央母音研究

摘要

本論文旨在探討鹿港方言兩個特色母音的標音符號問題。關於標音符號，文獻中有不同的表示法；簡言之，就是央母音與後母音的取捨。本文過「聲學分析」、「語音位移及音韻習得」、與「小稱詞的連音」三面向的分析，歸結出鹿港方言兩個特色母音的標音符號應該較接近央母音的[□]及[□]。方言是社群認同的條件，也唯有透過語音保存的諸多方式，才可減緩這兩個特色央母音的衰退速度。

This study aims to explore the phonetic symbols of two marked vowels in Lukang variety. In relatedliterature, the phonetic transcriptions for the two vowels vary; namely, they are considered as either thecentral vowels or the back vowels. This present paper uses the acoustic analysis, the observation of soundshift & phonology acquisition, and the inference of liaison phenomenon for further investigation. The resultsindicate that that the two marked sounds are close to central vowels [□] and [□] rather than the back vowels [□]and [□]. The marked central vowels are the strong bonds between group members, therefore, they should beproperly preserved.
