口服穀胱甘肽腸溶錠於肌膚功效性評估
An Evaluation of the Effects of Oral Glutathione on Skin Appearances
摘要
隨著年齡增長皮膚的老化表現中，以乾燥、暗沈、皺紋是最顯而易見且最希望被解決的表徵。本研究以每日250毫克口服穀胱甘肽腸溶衣錠，對22名膚色類型為Fitzpatrick skin types II之女性受測者，進行連續四週的使用觀察，以確立皮膚功效性之研究。皮膚功效性檢測使用Cutometer^®dualMPA580搭配Corneometer^®CM825及Mexameter^®MX18測定探頭，檢測皮膚含水量及黑紅色素含量。使用色差儀Colorimeter CR-10檢測皮膚顏色變化。使用VISIA^®CR system檢測皮膚斑點(spots)、曬斑(UV spots)及皺紋(wrinkles)變化。連續四週使用結果顯示，受測者皮膚角質層水分含量較服用前顯著提升(**p＜0.01)；皮膚黑色素含量於露光處(臉部)、選定斑點、遮光處(腰際)皆有顯著下降(***p＜0.001)；皮膚明亮度(*L)於露光及遮光處皆有顯著提升(***p＜0.001,**p＜0.01)；皮膚斑點、UV斑及皺紋亦有顯著減少(*p＜0.05,**p＜0.01,*p＜0.05)。本研究結果顯示，連續四週每日服用250毫克還原型穀胱甘肽腸溶衣錠食品，能有效促進肌膚美白、保濕、抗衰老之功效。本研究成果期望能作為美肌類食品於保健肌膚實證之基礎。

With age, changes in the metabolic processes of structural components of the skin lead to visible signs of aging, such as increased dryness and wrinkle formation. In the study, administration of glutathione enteric coated pastille on the skin moisture content, whitening, spots, wrinkles were evaluated. The multifunction skin detector(Cutometer^®dual MPA580,Courage+Khazaka electronic GmbH) with Corneometer^® CM825 and Mexameter^® MX18 meter probe was used to detect skin moisture content, Melanin index, Erythema index. Colorimeter CR-10(Konica Minolta) was used to detect skin color. VISIA^® CR system(Canfield Scientific) was used to detect skin spots , UV spots, and Wrinkles. The subjects were 22 adult women aged 30 to 50 years completed the full trial. They had Fitzpatrick skin types II. Findings showed the stratum corneum water content significantly improved (**p＜0.01) from baseline to endpoint and a significant decrease in melanin index(***p＜0.001) at a test site for the exposure (Face), spots, at the non-exposure (waist). Skin luminance (L*) two site has significant increase (***p＜0.001, **p＜0.01). This was similarly reflected in the changes in the number of spots, UV spots and wrinkles as measured by VISIA(*p＜0.05,**p＜ 0.01,*p＜0.05). In general, 250 mg glutathione enteric coated pastille is safe and effectively whitens the skin and improves skin condition in healthy women. The study expected to establish domestic nutricosmetics efficient data, to further enhance the domestic nutricosmetics the industry professional and technology.
