高齡教學策略評估量表發展之研究：成人教育學觀點

教育是學習活躍老化的重要途徑，教育部樂齡學習計畫從2008年起，於全國各地，設置超過300個樂齡學習中心，規範核心課程。目前中心面臨最大的挑戰，就是缺乏能教中高齡者的專業教師。由於成人教育學是促進成人學習的藝術與科學，成人教育學理論可應用於高齡教育的規劃與實施上，提供高齡教育工作者在設計與教學時的理論基礎，然而目前以成人教育學理論應用於高齡教育領域之相關研究仍付之闕如，其中最重要的原因為缺少了相關之測量工具。據此，本研究目的旨在應用成人教育學理論，發展高齡教學之培訓評估工具。本研究使用問卷調查法針對所編制工具之信、效度進行分析與驗證，本研究對象為提供高齡教育服務機構，包括樂齡學習中心、樂齡大學、長青學苑、老人大學與社區大學的教師，共計發放1000份問卷，回收670份有效問卷，回收率為67%。根據研究結果顯示，本研究所建構的高齡教學評估量表的五個層面：「建立有益的學習氣氛」、「重視高齡者的生命經驗」、「重視高齡者生理退化特質」、「激發反思」以及「進行成效評估」達模式適配度的可接受標準，本量表具有良好的信效度，將可做為高齡教育教師教學評估之工具；此外，未來培訓課程的內容，亦應參照本研究所發展之問卷內容進行設計，以提升高齡教學的專業發展。

Education is the critical way to reach active aging identified by WHO in 2002. The Ministry of Education (MOE) in Taiwan has started a learning for Active Aging Program since 2008 which established over 300 Learner Centers around the country. At present, lack of the professional teachers for elders is the biggest challenge for these centers. Because andragogy is a kind of art and science to promote adult and elder learning, the purpose of this study aims to apply the andragogy theory to develop an assessment scale of teaching strategies for elders. To achieve the above-mentioned research purposes, we adopted a quantitative questionnaire survey method to conduct this research. We submitted 1000 questionnaires in total, and received 670 back with a recovery rate of 67%. In the present study, this scale showed a good model fit, and also showed good validity and reliability. Accordingly, the scale can be used as a valid and reliable assessment of teaching strategies for educators of elder education. In addition, the content of future training courses should be designed with reference to the content of questionnaire developed by this scale.
