The main purpose of this study was to explore how restaurant industry affecting the frontline staff's organizational learning and knowledge innovation when implementing knowledge and sharing based on grounded theory. In addition, by exploring the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge sharing will help frontline staff in restaurant industry understand the impact of the implementation of the concept of knowledge sharing on knowledge innovation. This study collected data by qualitative research interviews, conducted grounded theory analysis and finally formed the theory of "basic work process of innovation." This study took the restaurant industry executives as the study object; there were 18 interviewed samples. It found that the restaurant industry executives' knowledge sharing behavior has the mediated effect to organizational learning process and knowledge creation process; frontline staff was the basic technology formation in the process of organizational learning; in the process of implementing knowledge sharing behavior in organizational learning and knowledge innovation, service procedures, products production and marketing models were the most effective.
