This research aimed to explore the relationships among international tourist hotels employees' perceived organizational learning (information-sharing patterns, inquiry climate, learning practices, and achievement mindset), job satisfaction, organizational commitment and psychological safety climate in Taiwan. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data through convenience sampling. The full-time who had worked more than one year in the international tourist hotels in Taiwan were recruited in the study. Data from 473 respondents, were analyzed. The results suggested that: The international tourist hotels employees' perceptions of a positive organizational learning (i.e, information-sharing patterns, inquiry climate, learning practices, and achievement mindset) were significantly associated with their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The employees with higher job satisfaction were more likely to commit to their organization. In addition, employees under high psychological safety climate would strength the positive relationships between inquiry climate, learning practices, achievement mindset and job satisfaction as well as job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
