某區域教學醫院產婦對兩種生產方式之接受態度及影響因素
A Study on the Choice of delivery ways from the Pregnant Women
摘要
此研究為前驅性研究，旨在探討某區域教學醫院產婦對「自然生產」及「剖腹生產」兩種生產方式的接受態度及影響因素。研究採用自製之半開放性結構式問卷訪問調查法，由一位研究者親任訪員，於產婦產後1~3天訪視調查，採立憲取樣法，所得樣本數為38名。資料經量化後輸入電腦，以SPSS/PC+執行Frequencies、Means、NPAR test等統計，結果發現：(1)產前，產婦對生產方式的接受態度，對「自然生產」為接受者佔較多數(84.2%)，對「剖腹生產」則多半認為尚可；產後，對「自然生涯」之接受有稍降之情形(由84.2 %降為81.6 %)，但對「剖腹生產」接受者則有續加之趨勢；(2)對產婦選擇生產方式的影響因素以「醫生的意見」為完全受影響者之第一位。

This was a prior investigation. The purpose of this study was to understand the influencing factors in making decision to accept C/S or NSD for the pregnant women. The sample size was 38. The result appeared that: doctor's opinion was the most important influencing factors in making decision to accept C/S or NSD for the pregnant women.
