兒童燒燙傷危險因子之評估

摘要

時常從許多報章媒體的報導，台灣地區發生火災，爆炸等意外的傷害事件，這些燒燙傷意外的發生也往往奪去許多人的生命，財產或造成傷殘的後遺症。根據統計，台灣地區兒童死亡原因排行第一的是意外事件，其中車禍與燒燙傷是最主要的事件。兒童是未來國家社會的主人翁，我們必須重視兒童，給孩童美好的生活環境，減少燒燙傷意外事件的發生，提供兒童良好的生活品質。本研究，在台中縣某鄉鎮的托兒所，以曾燒傷與未燒傷的2~6歲兒童共40名為研究對象，分析其在成長過程及生長的環境中，是否有那些導致意外傷害的危險因子，了解兒童燒傷後身心功能受損的程度，進而提供預防及改進的方法以提高兒童的生活品質，使我們有更美好的未來。

According to the media, Accidental events such as fires and exposions are frequent occurrence in the Taiwan area. These accidents often result in great loss of lives and properties, or physical disabilities. Statistics shows that accident is the leading cause of children's death in Taiwan; amongst which, car accidents and burns are the major ones. Children are our country's future leaters. It is mandatory to resolve the severity of this issue. It is our responsibity to provide a comfort and safe environment for children's future hopes. The sample of 8 burning children from a nursing organisation in Taichung Hsien aged 2 to 2. ‘And the control group (32 children) are from same area with same age. The possible risk factors, related to accidental events along with the children's development within their living enviroments, are analyzed. Therefore, this research will possibly provide ways of prevention and improvement to the living standards of these children.
