美國川普政府對中貿易戰和科技戰－以新古典現實主義研究為例
US China Policy under the Trump Administrator: A Case Study of Trade War and Technologies Competitions in Neoclassical Realism

There are differences in values between China and the United States. The United States values human rights and democratic values. U.S. companies believe that China does not abide by WTO rules and not competes fairly with U.S. companies. China has promoted the equal status of the two countries, the idea of improving international status. Trump's focus on the Sino-US trade war has turned into a technological war, the battle for intellectual property rights, the competition for high-tech talents, and the development of artificial intelligence. The formation of a technological war, the United States will focus on creating job opportunities and rising through multinational companies. China chooses to develop big data, the competition between the United States and China will continues.
