此研究的主要目的是訓練學校內的家長團體進行性教育訓練,使其能向子女溝通性有關議題,因此,在了解性教育介入對家長之性知識、性教育察覺度、對性教育態度、性教育自我效能、溝通效應、溝通行為的效果。本研究則是以92 名家長進行每週二小時,共六週的性教育課程(含父母性教育角色、青春期、性別角色、異性相處、性傳染病、經驗分享與回饋)。整個課程的設計並具知識與技能兩方面,尤其在家長的訓練部分,其家庭作業的設計使其學習後回到家裡和子女溝通有關「性」的議題時有個談話的主題和方向,並能做為具體執行之依據和評量之指標。這個課程促進家長可應用習得的知識和能力,以一種更有自信更具體的實施方式去教導、引導,並和子女溝通「性」有關的議題。
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the influence among parents’ knowledge about sex, Sexuality education awarness, sexuality education self-efficacy, their attitude towards sexuality education, self-efficacy about sexuality education, communication effect, and communication behavior. The sexuality education was designed a six-week educational program two hour a week for 92 parents, the curriculum including parents' role in the sexuality education, adolescence, the gender relationship, sex infectious disease, experience sharing and feedback. The whole design of the educational program contain knowledge and technique, especially in the parents’ training part, the design of the homework that parents communicate sex issues with their children as their topic in their conversation at home. In addition, the design was suit the learners’ need on sufficient time and the educational program. The study also indicated that parents knowledge about sex, Sexuality education awarness, sexuality education self efficacy, their attitude towards sexuality education, self efficacy about sexuality education, communication effect, and communication behavior were significantly improved after the educational intervention. The result indicated the extension of promoting parents sexuality education. The parents could apply knowledge and ability that they learned from the educational intervention to introduce, guide, and communicate the issues related to "sex" with their children.
