台灣情趣商店當前現況探討：以高雄市為例

本研究目的在了解情趣商店當前的現況。特別在網路興起後的影響及其他影響因素，並透過從業者的角度來看社會與法律如何影響情趣商店。本研究以高雄市為研究範圍，透過滾雪球的方式選出資本額、營業額與開業年限有一定的規模為受訪者。研究發現，網路雖然有造成實體店家的影響，但沒有比大環境的經濟不景氣影響更大。此外實體商店仍有網路商店現階段無法取代的特性，因此在顧客群方面會有所區隔。店家與消費者對商品國別的態度影響商家進貨的考量，而商品又因為景氣不好而讓原先高價位的情趣商店多了平價的選擇，再加上網路的惡性競爭影響情趣商品的公定價。社會對性的負面觀感影響了情趣商店從業者與情趣商店的觀感，而法律的模糊性與矛盾性讓業者遊走在法律邊緣。

The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of sex shops. The negative perception of the community affected the taste and fun shop store practitioners perception of, and legal ambiguity and contradiction in the law to walk the edge of the industry.
