護理人員提供性健康照護狀況之初探研究－以高屏地區為例

摘要

研究發現疾病、藥物及治療均會影響性生活及功能，並對身心健康、家庭生活及人際關係造成程度不等的影響，因此我們該重視病患的性健康並提供適切的照護。提供病患性健康照護是一種專業性的職責，更是整體護理計畫中不可或缺的一環，但研究發現護理人員提供的性健康照護仍不足夠。為了提供整體性與提昇護理專業的「性」健康照護，本研究致力于瞭解護理人員對性健康照護之觀點、性健康照護之執行狀況、及兩者間的相關性。本研究採橫斷性調查研究，以高屏地區之醫學中心及區域共五所醫院，工作屆滿三個月之護理人員為研究對象。研究工具為結構式調查問卷，包括「個人基本資料」、「護理人員對性健康照護之觀點量表」及「護理人員性健康照護之執行量表」。共發出300 份問卷，回收有效問卷291 份，回收率97%。以SPSS12.0 進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、雪費氏事後比較法及皮爾森積差相關分析等方法處理。研究結果發現如下：一、 在性健康照護觀點方面，護理人員的態度傾向於中等以上偏正向。二、 在性健康照護實施現況方面，僅有一成的護理人員自認有能力去「發現」及「提供」病人性健康照護的需求，未曾提供病人性健康照護的護理人員高達九成以上。三、 性健康照護觀點因過去之臨床經驗及研修狀況不同而有差異。四、 性健康照護執行狀況因婚姻狀態及過去之臨床經驗不同而有差異。五、 護理人員對性健康照護的觀點與執行狀況呈顯著正相關。

Study found that disease, drugs and treatment will affect sexual life and function, and physical and mental health, family life and interpersonal relationships caused varying degrees of impact, so we attach importance to patients and to provide appropriate sexual health care. To provide patients with sexual health care is a professional responsibility, the overall care plan is an integral part of, but the study found that sexual health care provided by nurses is not enough. In order to provide holistic nursing profession and enhance the ＂sexuality＂ health care, nurses in this study is to understand the viewpoint of health care, the status of implementation of health care, and the correlation between the two. This study used cross-sectional survey studies to Kaohsiung and Pingtung area a total of five medical centers and regional hospitals, nurses work after three months study. Research tools for the structured questionnaire, including ＂personal information＂, ＂health care for nurses point of view of scale＂ and ＂sexual health nursing care of the implementation of scale.＂ A total of 300 questionnaires, 291 valid questionnaires were returned 97%. With SPSS 12.0 for descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance, Scheffe posteriori comparison test and Pearson correlation analysis approach. The results were as follows: 1. In the view of sexual health care, the nurses have positive attitudes tend to moderate. 2. The status of implementation of aspects of health care, only one percent of nurses consider themselves have the ability to ＂discover＂ and ＂provide＂ sexual health care needs of patients, did not provide the patient with sexual health care nurses as high as over ninety percent. 3. The sexual health care point of view the clinical result of past experience and training conditions differ. 4. The status of implementation of health care because of marital status and the clinical experience of the past differ. 5. Nurses and sexual health care point of view the status of implementation was positively correlated
