The main purpose of this study is to investigate how special education teachers in elementary school collect or create sexualeducation material in the course of sexual education program for students with disabilities. The motives of this research arises because the material in sexual education for disabilities is either scarce or not available at the elementary school level. Through focus team study we try to understand the three aspects that special education teachers may encounter in teaching sexual education program, namely, how to choose the appropriate contents, how to design the currivulum and how to collect the necessary material.
