芳香療法與親密關係之探討

摘要


本研究主要在探討人們若長期處在高壓力的現代生活中,彼此親密溝通時的情緒問題一定會受到影響,更考驗著人們在情緒處理上的耐受性。當壓力超出個人所能承受的範圍時,便會造成身心健康的改變,在維繫健康與誘發疾病問題上均佔有舉足輕重的角色。壓力源的長期釋出,若不善加處置易導致身心疾病如睡眠障礙、免疫系統降低、情緒宣洩失控…等問題。身體與心理的連結可透過自我察覺,傾聽內在聲音、身體感受體驗協調自己的活動和改變調整身心平衡狀態,這也就是現今另類療法的主要探索。精油按摩芳香療法一直是身心平衡的先驅,普及研究各放異采的專業素質融合生活所需。深刻的自我察覺與他人之互動關係、體悟衝突之存在,適當調整修護之情感,傾聽親密愛人的聲音維繫互信互諒的相處模式,坦率的溝通思想與感受,接受彼此價值觀的異念取得共識。運用如:馬喬蓮、岩蘭草、羅勒、馬鬱蘭、伊蘭伊蘭、天竺葵、快樂鼠尾草等精油之特性,結合按摩手法技巧,紓解壓力、安撫失調的身心情緒效果顯著。舒服的按摩觸感能藉由愉悅的反饋機制,來延續彼此的親密關係,在身心處在平衡之時,產生出正向的情緒機制,進而影響親密關係之生活滿意度因此親密關係肢體的接觸,實為解除壓力增進人際間親密關係的良方。
