生涯繪本的介入對影響國小學童生涯成熟之實驗研究

The Effect on Career Maturity from Picture Book Teaching about Career Education for Students of Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解生涯繪本教學課程對國小六年級學生生涯成熟之影響,本實驗採準實驗研究法,研究對象為高雄市市立某國小六年級二個班級的學生,一班為實驗組,一班為控制組,實驗組進行八週之生涯繪本教學課程之後,以「國小六年級學童生涯成熟量表」為測量工具,探討不同教學組別在生涯成熟上的差異,並分析實驗組不同性別之學童在接受實驗教學後的差異,除了進行量化資料處理,再輔以「學童對繪本教學回饋問卷」、學習單及訪談等進行百分比及質性分析,了解實驗組學生對繪本教學課程的興趣及滿意度為何。研究結果發現:(一)實驗組的學童在經過生涯課程教學之實驗處理之後,在「自我覺察」、「生涯覺察」及「生涯探索與進路選擇」分量表上的分數,均優於控制組。(二)實驗組不同性別的學童在經過實驗處理之後,在「自我覺察」、「生涯覺察」二個分量表的分數,並未有顯著差異;而在「生涯探索與進路選擇」分量表上有顯著差異。(三)實施生涯發展課程之後,實驗組學童能顯示正向的學習效果及良好的興趣反應。

This study's goal was to understand the effect of Career Maturity from Picture Book teaching about Career Education for Sixth Grade Students of elementary school. This experiment adopted quasi-experiment method. The research samples were students from two sixth grade classes in a public elementary school in Kaohsiung city, with one class as the control group, and the other class as the experimental group. After an eight-week picture books of career education course, quantitative data analysis of data obtained from the two groups by using the "Sixth Grade Students Maturity Measurement Table" in order to investigate the difference in career maturity between the two groups. It was along with percentage and qualitative analysis based on the "Students' Feedback on Picture Book Education Survey", worksheets and interviews. It also wanted to know the difference between male and female students in the experimental group after the experiment, as well as their level of interest and satisfaction in the picture book education course. The results indicated that: (1) the scores on the measurement table of students in the experimental group in "self-awareness", "career awareness" and "career exploration and path selection" had significant differences after comparing to the control group. (2) no significant differences were found in the scores of "self-awareness" and "career awareness" between genders after the experiment, while significant differences were present in the scores of "career exploration and path selection". (3) After the implementation of Career Development Courses, students had shown positive learning outcomes and high level of interest.
