高雄市國小教師同性戀態度之調查研究

A Study on the Teacher' Attitudes toward Homosexuality of Public Elementary School in Kaohsiung City

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高雄市國小教師同性戀態度與同志教育態度現況:探討不同背景變項之高雄市國小教師同性戀態度與同志教育態度之差異情形;瞭解高雄市國小教師同性戀態度與同志教育態度之關係。本研究以問卷調查法,抽取高雄市553位國小教師,以回收之516份有效問卷為樣本,運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計方式進行分析,其研究結論如下:一、高雄市國小教師同性戀態度及同志教育態度現況均為正向態度。二、高雄市國小教師同性戀態度因其性別、年齡、婚姻狀態、服務年資、宗教信仰、親朋好友有無同性戀者不同而有顯著差異。三、高雄市國小教師同志教育態度因其年齡、婚姻狀態、服務年資、宗教信仰、親朋好友有無同性戀者不同而有顯著差異。四、高雄市國小教師同性戀態度與同志教育態度之間具有正相關。依據研究發現與結論,提出建議供教育主管機關、國民小學行政主管、教師及未來相關研究者之參考。

The goal of this research is to understand the attitude toward homosexual of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city; discuss the different attitude toward homosexual and the different attitude toward homosexual education of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city with distinct background; clarify the relation between the attitude toward homosexual and the attitude toward homosexual education of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city. This research is conducted by questionnaire survey with 553 elementary school teachers. Within the questionnaire received, 518 effective questionnaires are taken as samples and are analyzed by descriptive statistic, independent-sample T test, one-way anova, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results are as follows: 1. Currently, the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city have positive attitude toward both homosexual and homosexual education. 2. The attitude toward homosexual of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city differs notably because of gender, age, marriage, work experience, religion, and whether he or she has homosexual friends or relatives. 3. The attitude toward homosexual education of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city differs notably because of gender, age, marriage, work experience, religion, and whether he or she has homosexual friends or relatives. 4. There is a positive correlation between the attitude toward homosexual and the attitude toward homosexual education of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city. This research expects to provide educational authorities, elementary school administrations, teachers, and future researchers with advice based on the results and the conclusion.
