助人者的性自我揭露現況之探討

摘要

本文主要目的是探討助人者本身的性自我揭露之現況，採量化研究法進行資料的歸納與分析，研究對象以高雄張老師、大高雄生命線、勵馨基金會（高雄）及高雄市政府社會局家庭暴力及性侵害防治中心之專職、兼職、社工、志工及擔任助人性質其他人員（以下統稱為助人者），共調查有效樣本共113份，得出研究結果如下：助人者的背景顯示在性別、年齡之性自我揭露並無差異，而在服務年資的分段中呈現3-5年性自我揭露傾向大於2年以下的助人者，又服務年資達10年以上者比服務年資3-5年的助人者更傾向性自我揭露。另於是否修過性教育課程在本研究中整體性自我揭露及性價值觀中均出現顯著差異。助人者戀愛經驗時間在性自我揭露各構面中無出現差異。

The main purpose of this research is to understand the current situation of ＂helpers' sexual self-disclosure＂. This research use quantitative research methods. The research objects include the staff of full-time, part-time, social workers, volunteers and other personnel who serve as helpers (hereinafter collectively referred to as helpers) of ＂TEACHER CHANG＂ in Kaohsiung Counseling Guidance Center, Liftline Association (Da Kaohsiung), The Garden of Hope Foundation (Kaohsiung), and The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Center of Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government. There are a total of 113 effective samples, and the results are as follow: There is no difference to helpers in different gender and ages in sexual self-disclosure. There is difference in ＂seniority.＂ In the sexual self-disclosure, the helpers who had served for 3 to 5 years are bigger than those for less than 2 years. The helpers who had served for over 10 years tend to sexual self-disclosure than those for 3 to 5 years. There are significant differences in the overall self-disclosure and sexual values in whether or not you have taken a sex education course. Love experience time has no difference in all aspects of sexual self-disclosure.
