屏東地區照顧服務員對個案性表達與性態度反應之探討

本研究旨在探討照顧服務員在面對個案性表達時的態度及回應。臺灣發展出長期照顧服務模式，居家服務項目以個案身體照顧為主，隨時都有可能面臨個案的性表達，而照顧服務員依附風格與態度對個案有重要的影響；為了能夠瞭解照顧服務員對個案性表達的性態度反應，採用問卷調查法，以屏東縣照顧服務員為研究對象，共發出問卷100份，回收96份。運用SPSS 14.0做問卷資料統計分析。並以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析為本研究的主要分析。

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of the care attendant 's sexual expression and sexual attitude on the expression of sexual needs of the disabilities. Developed a long-term care service model in Taiwan, the care attendants took the physical care of the disabilities as the main job, and may faced the sexual expression of the disabilitiesat any time. The attachment style and attitude expression of the care attendants had an important impact on the disabilities. In order to understand the psychological response of the care attendant to the sexual needs expressed by the disabilities, so used the questionnaire survey method, and took the care attendants as the research objectin PingtungCounty, a total of questionnaires were sent out 100 and recovered 96. And do statistical analysis of questionnaire data by SPSS14.0. The main analysis was based on descriptive statistics, single-factor variance analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis.
