女性非法藥物濫用及其戒治歷程之實證研究

摘要

本研究針對女性藥物濫用歷程之研究，進一步瞭解女性非法藥物濫用之內在心理因素與外在環境因素以及藥物成癮過程的闡述，以女性成癮者的心理、家庭環境以及社會經歷，探討其開始吸毒、吸毒中、吸毒後一直到戒治成功間之心路歷程；以晨曦會所提供 3 名個案作為訪談對象，以面對面訪談之方式取得調查之樣本資料，研究資料的蒐集主要採敘事研究法。研究發現建構出影響三位個案的藥物濫用因素與其生命歷程之分析架構，並在綜合分析與討論中論述三位個案的生活歷程的相同與相異點，輔以相關文獻加以佐證。回顧與三位研究參與者的訪談接觸，陪同三位個案一起回溯探討其生命過往，走進他們的生命軌跡，發現在本研究之個案成長背景中種種的事件，對於成長過程產生一定的影響，研究者經由三位研究參與者的吸毒之生活歷程，從他們的天真童年到叛逆期的年少無知，使他們在家庭、生活中面臨的壓力將他們引領毒品的道路。研究者從家庭、同儕、親密關係人、認知以及信仰方面提出建議供參考，期望有利於日後對預防面有所幫助。

This study was to investigate the history of female drug abuse and drug abuse more step to understand women's psychological factors, the external environment and the addictive process. From female addicts, psychological, family and social experience, they began to discuss drug abuse, drug abuse, and drug abuse to physical therapy after childhood. In this paper, three cases of the ＂Dawn＂ as provided by interviewees, and a face to face manner narrative research methods to obtain information. The study found that construction of three cases of drug abuse and life course factors, and comprehensive analysis of the same and different from the case of three-point course of life, and the use of relevant literature be corroborated. In addition, through interviews with three participants, discuss their lives back together and track process. The study found a variety of events in this study of the growth in the background, the growth process have a certain impact. The researchers via the three people involved in drug abuse history, from their childhood innocence to ignorance rebellious, let them step on the road of drug exposure. This paper presents recommendations from family, peers, intimate relationship between human cognition and belief, expectation conducive to the prevention of drug crime.
