車貨匹配平臺車主使用意願影響因素研究

FACTORS INFLUENCING TRUCK OWNERS’ INTENTION OF USING TOWARD GOODS - VEHICLES MATCHING PLATFORM

摘要


本研究提出了車貨匹配平臺(GVMP)的車主使用意願的影響因素及其作用機制模型,幷利用來自中國內地的104份有效樣本數據對該模型進行了實證檢驗。結果表明信任于車主對GVMP的使用意願具有顯著影響,而用戶對GVMP的可控性和易用性的感知是GVMP能否被信任的關鍵因素。基于研究發現對GVMP的研發與應用給出了若干建議。

The study proposed a generation and action mechanisms model of the trust toward Goods - Vehicles Matching Platforms (GVMPs), and made it empirical tests through 104 effective sample data from mainland China. The results show that trust has a significant influence on truck owners’ intention toward the using of GVMP, perceived controllability and perceived ease of use are the key factors influencing truck owners’ trust toward GVMP. Based on the research discovery, proposals about R & D and applications of GVMP are offered.
