摘要

運用工業工程基本思想與相關理論，首先對市場現有馬桶的設計進行分析，幷對蹲便與坐便對比分析。爲了解决污水濺臀問題和蹲坐一體化，之後做了防濺水實驗和蹲坐占用空間測量，幷得到實驗和測量數據。然後從供水方式、馬桶結構、沖洗方式三個方面入手，提出一套完整的改進方案，最終系統成型，設計出一種全自動節水蹲坐兩用便器，具有自動沖洗、節約用水、防止污水濺臀、蹲坐兩用而且成本低廉等多種優點。

Using the basic thought and the related theory of Industrial Engineering, firstly analyze the design of market existing toilet, and do comparative analysis for the crouch and sit contrast. In order to solve the problem of wastewater splashing buttock and squats integration, then make the experiment of splash water and the measurement of squats footprint, and get the data of experiment and measurement. Then propose a set of complete improvement program from three aspects which including the supply way of water, structure of the toilet and the wash way, finally forming system, design a kind of automatic dual water-saving squat toilets, with automatic washing, save water and prevent wastewater splashing buttock, squat amphibious and low cost, and other advantages.
