影響青年農民接受物聯網科技的關鍵因素及其效果

Factors and Their Effects of Influencing the IoT Technology Acceptance by Young Farmers

摘要


因應智慧農業的發展趨勢,本調查研究旨在理解青農對於農作決策資訊的重視度排序,並分析其採用物聯網科技與獲取關鍵資訊意願的關係。本研究以科技接受模式做為理論基礎,回收108份青農的有效問卷,因素分析結果得知:農作決策資訊可區分為三個構念,分別為「研發技術資訊」、「市場環境資訊」與「田間資訊」。青農最重視的前六項農作資訊為:市場、水土、農政、氣候、病蟲害與專業諮詢;而田間即時影像、農地與資金,則是重視度最低的三項資訊。多元迴歸分析結果得知:組織支持與對廠商的信任感是促進青農採用物聯網系統的因素,而對研發技術資訊的重視程度及硬體投資的多寡則是抑制其採用該系統的因素。本研究結果既可做為科技業者研發產品之依據,又可做為農政機關在推動農業科技研發及推廣應用之參考。

In light of the developing trend of intelligent agriculture, this survey aims to understand how young farmers rank the priorities of farmwork decision information. This study also analyzed young farmers' intention of adopting Internet of Things (IoT) technology to obtain the key decision information. Based on the technology acceptance model, this study used 108 valid questionnaires collected from young farmers. The results of factor analysis revealed that farmwork decision information can be divided into three constructs, namely "R&D Technical Information," "Market Information," and "Field Information." The six highest-priority categories of farmwork information are market, soil and water, agricultural policy, climate, pests and diseases, and professional consultation, whereas real-time images, farmland, and funds are the three lowest-priority categories. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that organizational support and trust in manufacturers are the factors that promote the use of IoT systems by young farmers, whereas the emphasis on R&D technical information and the amount of hardware investment are factors that inhibit the adoption of the system. The results of this study can be used as a basis for research and development of agricultural IoT products, and as a reference by agricultural institutions to promote the development and application of agricultural technology.
