磁振造影技術在心臟血管的臨床應用與發展

Clinical Applications of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging

並列摘要

Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance imaging (CMRI) is a non-invasive and comprehensive imaging tool. It can be used to evaluate the morphology, cardiac function, myocardial perfusion and viability of the cardiovascular system. Owing to the advantage of non-ionizing radiation of MRI, it is very suitable to evaluate the clinical outcome after treatment and further long-term follow-up. However, the success of CMRI must be overcome physiological interferences such as breathing, heart beating and moving blood flow. Therefore, we need to used rapid imaging techniques and synchronize the heart-rate, or respiratory control. CMRI uses several different techniques within a single scan to provide several different physiological parameters. In this review, we will introduce four different type of CMRI techniques and their results in an assessment of the heart and cardiovascular system.
