以定量式超音波骨質密度儀分析生活型態對骨質結構的影響

Use Quantitative Ultrasound to Analyzing the Effect of Lifestyle on the Bone Structure

摘要


本研究目的為用定量式超音波評估一般民眾的生活型態對骨質密度結構的影響,以預防骨折之發生率。受檢者共為937 位,男性為312 位;女性為625 位。全部受檢者均接受定量式超音波測量慣用腳或未受傷腳的跟骨檢測,並填寫生活狀況之問卷,將檢測出的音波速度(speed of sound, SOS, m/s)、寬頻衰減值(broadband ultrasound attenuation, BUA, dB/cm)與定量超音波指數(quantitative ultrasound index, QUI)及問卷內容作相關性分析。在男性的結果中並沒有顯著差異,但從女性的結果中發現老年時期抽菸習慣的SOS(r=-0.141)、BUA (r=-0.131)及QUI (r=-0.150)均呈顯著的負相關(p<0.05)。總結來探討,在不同的性別、不同的年齡層及不同的生活型態中會有不同的骨質密度結構。

The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of general population living habits of bone density by quantitative ultrasound to prevent the incidence of fractures. A total of 937 examinee, including 312 male and 625 female. All examinee were accepted quantitative ultrasound measurement of the usual or not injured calcaneus, and fill out the questionnaire of living conditions. Then, the detected speed of sound (SOS), broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA) and quantitative ultrasound index (QUI) and the questionnaire for correlation analysis. In this study, it's no significant in men. However, the results of which can be found in older women during the smoking habits of SOS (r=-0.141), BUA (r=-0.131) and QUI (r=-0.150) showed a significant negative correlation (p<0.05).In summary, there will be a different structure of bone density in different sexes, different ages and different living habits.
