當前國軍藝術人文教育實施現況檢討與未來精進作法

Review Status of Implementation of The Current Military Arts and Humanities Education and The Future Sophisticated Practice

摘要


本文藉由現階段教育機構所提倡之藝術與人文教育的內涵,省思當前國軍對於藝術人文的觀念與應用,並從影劇、美術、音樂三方面的課程設計與學生的學習心得綜整,探討藝術人文教育的應用情況。除了針對系上學分課程及創新的藝術課程實施教學紀錄外,亦置重點於「藝術人文教育」對「國軍實務工作」的影響;並從學生學習、回應以及教學者觀察、引導的雙軌研究中,提出當前國軍藝術人文教育實施現況檢討與未來精進作法,並將研究結果作為未來課程設計的依據與方向。研究中,對於藝術人文教育在軍官養成教育中的角色定位,以「比較」與「精進」的概念,將藝術人文在軍中可以發揮的力量作一有系統的報告,並進一步與軍事實務工作、領導統御能力、官兵教育等運用結合,在提升軍士官人文素質的同時,亦讓被領導者間接受惠,提升軍隊整體素質與能力。

The main purpose of this research is to reconsider the concept and the application of arts and humanities in military through the content of arts and humanities education which is advocated by nowaday educational institution. And form three course desiges of drama, art and music and students' learning feedback, we want to explore the real application of arts and humanities education. Besides the records of credit courses and innovative art courses, we also focus on the effect of arts and humanities education on military practice. From dual system research of students' learning and feedback, and teachers' observation and leading, we propose a review of arts and humanities education in military and give some suggestions that can be done in the future. The results could be the directions for the future courses. In this research, in terms of role of arts and humanities education on military officers developing education, we use concepts of "compare" and "make progress"to conclude the effect of arts and humanities on military application, and combine military practice, leadership ability and military soldiers'education to promote military humanistic level. Meanwhile, the leader will also be benefited for escalating whole military level and ability.
